Clarkes Beach Holiday Park NSW

The Clarkes beach holiday park is a tucked away position right on Clarkes beach with bush setting and an easy walk to town centre. There are surf breaks right out the front and the lighthouse is a half an hour walk away from the Park. Tuckeroo and Tea trees provide shade and habitat for friendly kookaburras with goannas and water dragons as your neighbours on the ground. In the winter humpback whales play in the bay with resident dolphins.

Activities

Surfing, diving, swimming, snorkelling, hang gliding, skydiving, lighthouse walks, massage, yoga, alternate therapies and local markets are all available in Byron Bay. Whale watching in the winter and a variety of events in Byron year round.

Types of accommodation

120 sites comprised of 18 cabins, 44 powered sites and 58 camping sites. New luxury cabins able to accommodate up to 2Ad 3 ch. Larger cabins have air-con, dvd players, Austar and cooking facilities.

How to get here

10min walk from Byron Bay town centre along Lighthouse Rd. Only ½ hour drive from Ballina airport or 40 min from Gold Coast airport.

Best time to visit

Summer is the best time although we are very busy from September until May. The winter months are mild and a bit less hectic for those who prefer it a bit quieter.

Facilities

We have a camp kitchen with unspoilt views of the bay and bbq areas throughout the park. Laundry facilities are available in the main amenity block with babys bath and washing up facilities.

You should bring

Bring surfboards, bikes and the will to relax.
